ICE is the ITI International Calendar of Events. It is a resource intended for use by the whole interpreting and translation industry to provide notification of events such as conferences, meetings, training sessions, webinars etc.

Adding events

To add an event to ICE you must first log in to the ITI website. If you do not currently have a log in, click Become a member > How do I apply? to access the registration form.

Complete the registration form and select ''Ice User'' within the desired membership category. Within a day or so of completing this form you will receive instructions by email on how to add an event to ICE.

Once you have logged in you will be able to add events: it is simply a matter of visiting and clicking the "Add an Event" link below the calendar.

Set your event to public so that everyone can see the details, including visitors to the site who have not logged in.

Remember to choose a category (webinar, training, conference, etc.) for your event and also to set the calendar dates before clicking save.
