In this workshop, you will learn what to consider and what to avoid when pricing your services, and how to negotiate with clients who say they can’t afford to pay your rate.

This workshop is for anyone who feels uncertain about how much they should be charging for their translation and interpreting services, finds they have to work long hours just to make ends meet, or is afraid their clients won’t be able to pay higher rates.
The workshop will be interactive, first teaching you the theory around calculating your prices and negotiating with clients, and then giving you the opportunity to practise those negotiation techniques with other participants in breakout rooms.
