The aim of this half day workshop – presented in English by Philip Nicholes o Sound Induction Systems, Newtown – will be to improve interpreters understanding and knowledge of different types of interpreting equipment, both infra-red and radio, and to offer practical advice and guidance, including what type of interpreting equipment best suits your needs as an interpreter.

This will be a practical workshop, which will provide a hands-on experience of both seeing and using different types of interpreting equipment. There will also be plenty of opportunity throughout the workshop to ask questions, to make comments and to share experiences and best practice.

Please note this workshop is organised by Cymdeithas Cyfieithwyr Cymru, not ITI.
