ITI French Network
Tell us about your group?
The French Network has over 270 members who translate from French into English or from English into French.
The range of subject matter covered by our members is extremely diverse from finance to literary, medical to legal, and many more. Membership of the network brings many advantages, such as a sense of belonging, association with colleagues, and access to plenty of support and information through a range of sources.
What sort of events do you organise?
We organise regular subsidised training days and we also have a webinar programme with 3-4 webinars per year. Please see our Eventbrite page for details of upcoming and previous events.
Why should I join?
We are a welcoming and active community for translators working with French. We have two mentoring programmes, a webinar programme, an active forum and a bi-monthly newsletter.
We also have excellent links with other French translation organisations such as the Société Française Des Traducteurs (SFT) in France and the Belgian Chamber of Translators and Interpreters (CBTI).
Please see our website for the contact details of our committee members.
Find a Professional
The ITI Directory is a free search facility to help you find the professional translator, interpreter or language service provider that can best help you with your language requirements.
You can search on a number of criteria, such as language pair (e.g. German to English), specialisms (e.g. marketing, pharmaceutical, legal) or specific name of the individual or business.
All individual members listed in the ITI Directory are Qualified members (MITI) or Fellows of ITI (FITI). This means that they have passed the ITI translation or interpreting assessment in the given language pair.
Please note: membership of one of our Networks or Regional Groups does not constitute membership of ITI.
