A relaxed online space to work, connect and enjoy the company of other ITI members.

Working independently has many benefits, but working on your own day after day can sometimes feel isolating. Without colleagues to catch up with over a coffee, have a quick chat with, or simply share a workspace with, it is easy to miss the everyday social interaction that comes with working alongside others.

This online co-working session provides an opportunity to enjoy that all-important sense of connection.

How it works

The session will begin with a relaxed welcome and general conversation. There is no work talk, networking pitch or expectation to share what you are working on. You will then have time to focus on your own projects, before coming back together for another informal chat midway through the session, and again at the end.

Why join?

The aim is to provide a more social working environment, create opportunities to connect with other ITI members and help you get to know people across the ITI community. Maintaining social connection and having regular opportunities to interact with others can also play a vital role in supporting wellbeing.

Think of it as an office without the commute: a friendly, informal space where you can work alongside others, take a break for a chat, and enjoy a greater sense of connection, while keeping your own work and priorities entirely your own.

Who should attend?

Whether you are self-employed, working remotely or simply looking for a more sociable way to spend your working day, you are welcome to join in.
