Join us on 19 January to chat about how 2022 went in your business and look ahead to the coming year. For many of us, the economic climate feels more challenging now than it did a year ago. Will you be putting any specific strategies in place to make sure your business thrives in 2023?
This session will include a chance to chat to colleagues in small groups. To get the most out of it, spend some time in advance looking back at how successful your business was in 2022 and whether you achieved any goals you set. It’s useful to crunch the numbers, but don’t forget to consider other aspects like client feedback, CPD, contributions to the profession and work-life balance.
This will be a one-hour discussion, run twice to accommodate as many time zones as possible.
