9.30-9.50: Delegates and speaker arrive – coffee
9.50-10: Welcome and introduce speaker
10-10.45: Christophe Fricker talk + Q&
10.45-11.00: Coffee break
11.00-12.00: Unconference-style discussion groups exchange ideas on adjacent income streams/diversification and promotion. Hand out ideas and resources sheets. Each group appoints group leader.
12.00-12.30: Group leaders report back on main findings
12:30-14.00: Buffet lunch, networking and visit to SSGB ship and museums (1.5 hours)
14.00-14.15: Settle back in, intro to Members’ Day afternoon
14.15-15.30: AGM (1 hour 15 mins)
15.30-15.45: Tea break with cake/ITI 40 celebration
15.45-16.30: Amanda’s Balderdash quiz (45 min.)
