Getting set up as a freelancer can be challenging. Before you even get to the bit you’re comfortable with – the translating or interpreting – you’ve got to navigate the business side of freelancing. You need to get comfortable with doing your own finances, deciding what kind of projects you’d like to work on, and what CPD you should be doing. But there are tools that can help you fast track some of this laborious process. This workshop will cover marketing plans, networking opportunities, finance tips, measuring what you achieve, CPD, freelancer portfolios and more. Hit the ground running on your freelance journey.
