Alongside my life sciences work, I bring a lifelong passion for music and the arts. Brought up in a musical family, I thoroughly enjoy my time singing in a vibrant soul and groove choir, being involved with a devoted church worship group, and playing in a thriving community brass band. This active involvement, combined with a deep knowledge and love of classical music from a lifetime of active listening, allows me to translate and edit creative cultural content with authentic insider knowledge - from artist/composer profiles, concert reviews and orchestra press releases to digital newsletters for a well-known classical music orchestra in Germany.

🏛️ History, Heritage & Documentation:
Beyond music, I bring this same professional dedication to history and heritage texts. Drawing on intensive university-level study, I specialise in historical accounts, archive materials and museum texts (with a particular focus on WWII and post-war history). My portfolio includes recent collaboration on translating exhibition materials and archival texts for an NS Documentation museum. In addition to clinical and regulatory documentation, I also translate content at the intersection of history and science, including exhibition content and historical texts focusing on the underrepresentation and achievements of women in scientific disciplines.
