I specialise in producing legally precise English-language documentation for use in court proceedings, commercial transactions and cross-border legal and business contexts, where accuracy, intended meaning and legal effect are critical.

I am a Chartered Linguist and member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL), alongside my ITI Qualified Member status. I work with lawyers, law firms, companies, language service providers and private clients who require legally precise English-language documentation for use in court proceedings, commercial transactions, cross-border matters or personal legal affairs.

My work focuses on ensuring that legal effect is conveyed correctly and that rights and obligations operate as intended across legal systems. I regularly translate contracts, pleadings, judgments and other procedural, corporate and transactional documents, where accuracy, consistency and legal nuance are critical to the document’s purpose and use, including documentation prepared for regulatory, compliance or internal corporate purposes.

In addition to work for use in proceedings, I also translate client-facing legal and corporate publications, including articles, legal updates, newsletters and explanatory materials intended for international, cross-border or English-speaking audiences. In these contexts, I place particular emphasis on clarity of expression while maintaining legal precision, ensuring that complex legal concepts are communicated accurately and accessibly.

Alongside my core specialism in legal translation, I undertake business and financial translation, including corporate communications and commercial documentation, where texts sit at the intersection of legal, regulatory and commercial contexts. My approach combines clear, plain English with strict legal accuracy, producing translations that are both reliable and fit for their intended legal or professional purpose.
