Experienced commercial lawyer and professional translator: first degree in Japanese Studies from Oxford University, subsequent qualification as a lawyer, working in Japan, Switzerland and the UK; freelance translator since 2005. ITI qualified for both Japanese to English and German to English.
I am comfortable translating the whole spectrum of legal and business documents and I have the legal and language skills required to provide professional quality legal and business translations. Other specialist areas include modern history, fine arts, maritimeand literature. My clients include law firms, banks, national museums, government agencies, academic researchers and private individuals.
