From 2011 to 2024, I was working as a professional translator, translating from English and French into my mother tongue German (in particular German for Switzerland). I specialised in the fields of marketing, tourism & heritage, journalism and contemporary literature and particularly enjoyed creative forms of translation.

I completed a PhD in Translation Studies in 2023 and I now hold a full-time teaching role at the University of Edinburgh. Therefore, I am currently unable to take on translation projects.
