Session 2 
Session 2 | 10:30am - 11:30am BST

Working as a translator

  • An insight into transcreation
  • Working as a subtitler
  • Working as a translator for the EU institutions
Session 3  
Session 3 | 12:00pm - 1:00pm BST

Working in the profession

  • Gaining experience as a translator working pro bono
  • Working for an agency (oncall)
  • Ways of working: freelance, in-house, generalist or specialist work

You can register for 1, 2 or 3 sessions. BUT if you join ITI you enjoy FREE registration to all three sessions. Non members pay £20 per session.

Booking your place also gives you access to recordings of each session, which are available for you to listen to afterwards. So don’t worry if you are unable to attend the live sessions.
