If you already have a UK Direct Debit mandate and would like to change your bank details, please contact the GoCardless support team on 020 7183 8674 and they will be happy to update the bank account you’re making payments from.

For further information, please check our Direct Debit FAQs.

Credit/debit card and Google Pay

When an invoice has been raised for you to pay, you will receive a payment link by email to pay online by credit/debit card. You can also choose to pay with Google Pay.

You will find all your outstanding invoices in My invoices, and you can pay them from this area if you've lost your payment link. All payments are securely taken through Stripe.

Overseas bank payments

We may not be able to accept payments from countries referred to in the Financial sanctions list on the government website. Please contact the Membership officer at [email protected] if you need further clarification.
