An uplifting two-day event for freelance translators to meet new colleagues, share ideas, and have a business reset.
This will be the fourth business retreat, and this time, in the beautiful Lake District for some summer sun.
Day one will be the business day, packed with valuable discussions, inspiring stories, and meaningful connections. There will be loosely guided sessions on diversifying income streams, peer support and collaborating with colleagues, sharing memorable client experiences and learnings (good and bad!), and much more. They'll be a break for lunch where you can choose to sit inside or outside. Teas, coffees, and sweet treats will be provided but please bring your own packed lunch with you. At the end of the day, you can choose to join your new colleagues/pals for an evening meal.
Day two is the adventure day! The wonderful instructors will guide a day of canoeing in the calm lake and orienteering through the peaceful nature. Please note that day two is optional and comes at an extra charge on top of the business day ticket. Please also bring your own packed lunch with you.
