Mrs Antoinette Chappell MITI

Antoinette Chappell is the Director of ARC Writing and Translation Services, a London-based company specialising in translation, copywriting and executive thought leadership ghostwriting services.

With nearly two decades in professional language services, Antoinette holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from The University of Westminster and completed a Master's in Translation at the University of Surrey with distinction in 2007. She began her career as a French and Spanish teacher before becoming a freelance translator, working across Italian, French and Spanish into English.

As a qualified ITI member, Antoinette has expanded her practice to include strategic copywriting and ghostwriting, particularly for executives seeking to establish thought leadership. She specialises in helping founders and C-suite executives translate complex expertise into compelling content that builds authority and drives business development.

Her client base spans multiple sectors, with particular expertise in property and construction, facilities management and professional services. Antoinette's unique combination of linguistic precision and business communication strategy enables her to bridge the gap between technical expertise and accessible, engaging content.

In 2023, she published "Copy that!", a business book chronicling her evolution from translator to copywriter and ghostwriter, providing guidance for fellow linguists looking to diversify their services. The book demonstrates her commitment to supporting the broader language services community.

Antoinette shares her expertise through a monthly newsletter "Word up!" and maintains an active presence in business networking, helping professionals communicate more effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries.

Through ARC Writing and Translation Services, she continues to combine linguistic excellence with strategic business communication, offering translation services alongside copywriting and executive ghostwriting that help clients build influence and achieve their professional objectives.
