Membership
Membership is not conditional on being a member of the ITI and is open to interpreters, translators, students and others working with multiple languages in the areas covered by the Network. Please contact the Membership Secretary ([email protected]) if you would like to join.
An ITI Russian Network E-group has also been set up on Google Groups to provide members with language-related help, advice and support. Please let the Membership Secretary know if you’re interested in being part of this group.
We adhere to the ITI Code of Conduct and our Netiquette, and our members must commit to do the same.
Data protection policy
By requesting to join RussNet, you agree to the Network holding your name and e-mail contact details in its membership database for the purpose of contacting you, either directly, or via its Google E-group. These are never released to any third party without your consent.
Members may ask for their details to be removed at any time by e-mailing the Membership Secretary.
Copies of RussNet’s data protection policy and E-Group Netiquette can be provided on request and are automatically sent to all new members.
There is no annual RussNet membership fee at the moment, but this will be discussed at a General Meeting of members due to take place in the autumn.
Please note: membership of one of our Networks does not constitute membership of ITI.
