Welcome to EX:CHANGE 2026!
I’m absolutely delighted that you’re joining us at Unity Place in Milton Keynes as we bring together the ITI community for our flagship event in ITI’s 40th anniversary year. We’ll be making the most of this opportunity to celebrate our Institute’s important milestone in style and reflecting on happy memories from the past four decades at our special anniversary dinner. And yet the focus of our conversations throughout the two day programme will be firmly on the future.
EX:CHANGE 2026 is a conference with a difference. Think of it as a safe space, where you can explore practical solutions to real-world challenges and make meaningful connections with people who genuinely understand the pressures you’re facing. None of us can confidently predict what the future holds. But we can work together in a supportive environment to find potential ways forward through productive discussions, shared ideas and collective problem-solving. It’s my wish that you’ll all leave Milton Keynes feeling inspired, energised and optimistic, with a list of actionable next steps up your sleeve and a group of like-minded new friends by your side.
