In 2025, the ITI Board instructed a brand refresh for ITI's logo and assets. The project - which kicked off in June 2026 - involved extensive analysis of competitors, reworking our vision and mission statement, customer personas and production of brand guidelines in addition to the visual identity and brand assets that most will notice.

This article is designed to help give you some background as to why the changes have happened, and also how to use them moving forward:

Q: Why is ITI rebranding?

A: This isn't a complete rebrand, but a refresh to modernise our visual identity and clarify our messaging. We wanted to ensure our branding reflects who we are today and where we're heading as an organisation. The refresh helps us communicate more clearly and consistently with members and the wider industry.

Q: When will the new branding launch?

A: The new branding will roll out in early 2026. We'll introduce it gradually across different platforms to ensure a smooth transition.

Q: What's changing?

A: We're updating:

  • Our logo design
  • Our colour palette
  • Our visual identity across digital and print materials

What's staying the same:

  • Our name (ITI)
  • Our mission, vision, and values
  • Our commitment to members
  • The quality of our services and support

Q: Will I need to stop using the old logo immediately?

A: Current members should transition to the new branding as soon as reasonably possible. We understand this takes time, so we will give you a period of time to implement the changes.

Q: Where can I download the new logo?

A: Members can download the new logo and brand assets from the My ITI area of the website. You'll find logos in various formats suitable for different uses, along with guidelines on how to use them correctly. Guidelines can also be found at the bottom of this page.

Q: Can I still use the ITI seals that have the old logo on them?

A: Yes. Any seals that have the old logo on them are still valid. New seals will be printed with the new logo once the current stocks have been used up.

Q: Can I still use my old business cards/marketing materials?

A: You can use existing materials until your current stock runs out, but we encourage updating to the new branding as soon as practical. For digital materials, please update as soon as possible.

Q: What if I've just ordered new materials with the old branding?

A: We understand the timing might be inconvenient for some. Use what you've already ordered, but plan to transition to the new branding when you next reorder. If you've made a very recent significant investment, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss.

Q: Do I need to update my ITI logo if I'm a member?

A: Yes, please update to the new logo when displaying your ITI membership on your website, marketing materials, or email signature.

Q: Will my member profile/directory listing change?

A: Your profile information remains the same. You'll just see the new ITI branding across the website and directory. You don't need to do anything; we'll update the platform design.

Q: What about MITI/FITI logos and designations?

A: These have also been refreshed to align with the new visual identity. If you display your MITI/FITI status, please download the updated logos from your My ITI. Your designation and right to use these logos haven't changed, only the visual design.

Q: Will my membership certificate be updated?

A: New certificates will feature the refreshed branding. If you'd like an updated certificate, please contact [email protected].  There's no requirement to replace existing certificates.

Q: Do I need to update my CPD record?

A: No action is needed from you. The CPD platform will automatically update to reflect the new branding. Your records and progress remain unchanged.

Q: How do I use the new branding correctly?

A: We've created comprehensive brand guidelines available at the bottom of this page. These explain logo usage, colour codes and fonts. If you're unsure about anything, contact [email protected] for guidance.

Q: Can I modify the logo?

A: Please don't modify the logo in any way. Don't change colours, proportions, fonts, or add effects. Use only the official logo files provided. This ensures consistency and protects the ITI brand. If you need a specific version not provided, contact us.
