Join us to chat about how 2023 went and look ahead to the coming year.
What’s your focus for 2024? Is there anything you’re planning to do differently? What goals are you setting for yourself, and how will you make sure you achieve them?
This session will include a chance to chat to colleagues in small groups. To get the most out of it, spend some time in advance looking back at how successful your business was in 2023 and whether you achieved your goals. It’s useful to crunch the numbers, but don’t forget to consider other aspects like changes in your client base or the services you offer, CPD, contributions to the profession and work-life balance.
This will be a one-hour discussion, run twice to accommodate as many time zones as possible. Please note that the chats won’t be recorded.
