This workshop will be in two parts. The first speaker will be Martin James, who will take attendees through the boiler-plate clauses of employment contracts written in Dutch.
After a break, Elizabeth De Zoysa will present a theoretical framework for translating court documents, illustrated by real-life examples from a ‘vonnis’.
