You are able to register for 1, 2 or 3 sessions. ITI members can register for all 3 sessions for free. ITI non-members are charged £12 per session.
Booking a place you will also give you access to the recording as each session will be recorded and available for you to listen to afterwards if you are unable to attend the live session.

Katharina Wawrzon-Stewart (or simply Kasia) is a London-based conference and public service interpreter, and translator. Her language combination is German (A), Polish (A) and English (B). She was born in Poland, grew up in Germany and has been living, studying, and working in the UK since 1995. Her main areas of expertise in conference interpreting are migration and asylum, political affairs, business, medicine, and European Works Councils. She provides her interpreting services both in person and remotely. Katharina is a full member of the ITI, the NRPSI, a junior member of the German VKD and an AIIC pre-candidate.

Joanna Waller has been a freelance translator for well over 30 years. She is an ITI Fellow and chartered linguist, working from French, Spanish and Italian into English. Specialising in technical subjects (engineering, telecoms, IT) to earn a living, but with another life as a volunteer in international organisations committed to helping people in need, she has also worked for free translating and teaching, and thus acquired another area of expertise in development, aid, civil society and human rights, leading to paid work for a number of clients in these fields.

Allison as been working at STB since September 2014. She studied International Business and Spanish at James Madison University in Virginia, USA, which included a semester at the University of Salamanca in Spain. She then went on to complete an MSc in Translation Studies and Professional Practice at the University of Glasgow. As Head of Resource Management, her job is to recruit and support our freelance translators as well as our in-house translation team.
