Danae Hosek-Ugolini is an English-qualified solicitor. She qualified in 2008 and specialises in asset finance. She has expertise in negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements and Terms of Business, both acting for the disclosing party and the receiving party.
Between 2013 and 2021, Danae also had a side business as a legal translator (having obtained the Diptrans). Her clients included various law firms and the European Court of Justice. She, therefore, understands the challenges and risks faced by translators from a legal perspective.
Since 2022, Danae has resumed working full-time as a Knowledge Development Lawyer for international law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP, where she maintains template documents, provides internal and client training, and supports the ship finance team.
