I am an experienced, Australia-based translator (working full-time since 2006) and native English speaker offering reliable, high-quality services in a variety of fields. Many of my translations have featured in books, brochures and websites. I have been ITI-assessed for German to English, but also work from French and Spanish. I hold a university degree in German, French & Linguistics, and spent a semester studying advanced Spanish in Spain in 2004. I am widely travelled and have a great awareness of and respect for other cultures. Aside from the actual translation process, my work involves applying sound business practices, conducting extensive research, and using the appropriate technologies. With additional experience as a travel & lifestyle writer and tennis journalist, I have an excellent command of language to ensure fluid, natural translations.
