I am a London-based freelance translator, editor, author and academic with 30 years of experience in providing high-end, specialised translations to a range of commercial clients and public institutions including the ECJ, EIB, EP, Scottish Crown Office, HMRC, NATO, and the Polish government.
I have published 25 books in translation including, most recently, a monograph on the Eastern Fronts in the First World War (2021, Cambridge University Press). I have also authored several cultural guide books about Central and Eastern Europe.
I currently teach translation at Westminster University and have lectured at Birkbeck College and Warsaw University.
All commissioned work is treated in the strictest confidence and carried out in accordance with the GDPR and Codes of Professional Conduct of the CIOL and ITI.
I hold professional indemnity cover and am ISO 17100:2015 Qualified.
