As well as global conferences in the private sector, I provide simultaneous interpreting services at international conferences including the G7, COP26, EU, OECD, UN, WTO and TICAD. I am also experienced in diplomatic interpreting. Fields include international affairs, diplomacy, medical, automotive, business & finance, economics, education and law. I am familiar with various online platforms and experienced in providing remote simultaneous/consecutive interpreting.

Lecturer in MA Conference Interpreting at London Metropolitan University since 2009.
I have translated and am credited on eight books and have worked on several dictionaries (Longman, Collins, Oxford).

My native language is Japanese. I have a BA in English and am a qualified Member of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI) in the categories of Conference Interpreter, Business Interpreter, and Translator. A winner of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting 2018 Best Performance on Interpreting Assessment.
